Replant
The Kensington Fire Protection District has funds available designated for Kensington residents to replace hazardous vegetation.
The grant program provides matching funds for replanting fire-smart plants after removing hazardous plants/debris from Kensington properties.

STEP ONE: Click here to register for the Replanting Grant Program.
STEP TWO: After registering, conduct an on-site project review with the KFPD Coordinator, Johnny Valenzuela.
The coordinator will reach out to the applicant upon registration. Email : jvalenzuela@kensingtonfire.org
STEP THREE: DO NOT BEGIN STEP THREE UNTIL YOUR PROJECT IS VERIFIED BY THE COORDINATOR IN STEP TWO.
STEP FOUR: Submit project documentation provided by the KFPD coordinator on or before 4/30/2024.
